Long term fellowship in General Ophthalmology:

This fellowship is aimed at the young ophthalmologist who wishes to comprehensively enhance their work experience and gain mastery in both medical and surgical areas. In this period they will be guided in SICS and later Phaco in a phased manner. They will also be exposed to other sub specialties in ophthalmology like Cornea, Glaucoma, Squint, Occuloplasty and Retina.

The candidate will be paid a stipend. Accommodation can be arranged on request at the hospital itself requiring additional payment. During this time they get good hands on training across the board in all aspects of ophthalmic practice.

Duration: 1 year.

Eligibility: Post graduates in ophthalmology (DO., MS., or DNB)
